Billy McMillen, aka Liam McMillen, officer commanding, Official IRA, OIRA, in Belfast, N Ireland who was shot dead 28th April 1975 as he sat in his car in Spinner Street, off the Falls Road, after collecting his wedding photographs from nearby premises. His wedding to Mary McGovern had taken place 6 weeks previously. This is one of those wedding photographs. See Lost Lives 1370 for more information.
