James McWhirter, Bessbrook, Co Armagh, 58 years, married, 3 children, Protestant, who died in the Kingsmill Massacre, also called the Whitecross Massacre, on 5th January 1976. Along with nine other Protestant workmen he was machine-gunned by the Republican Action Force, generally accepted as a flag of convenience for the Provisional IRA. 197601060021JMW1
