Funeral of the Good Samaritan - the funeral of 26 year old Protestant council worker, Samuel Llewellyn moves down the Shankill Road, Belfast, flanked by fellow council workers. Mr Llewellyn was shot in the Clonard area just off the Falls Road. He had just made his third journey in a van with hardboard sheets being used to board up the homes of Roman Catholics following a car bomb explosion. A 17 year old youth was held accountable and was given a "natural life" sentence, a legal precedent. A natural life sentence is where the defendent would spend the rest of his life in prison. 197508190604a.
