Dr Lee Casey, Londonderry, Northern Ireland., whoi was cleared in the High Court, Belfast, N Ireland, of carriying out a sexually motivated examination on a female patient. The General Medical Council panel had previously imposed a nine-month suspension on Dr Lee Casey over the alleged improper conduct . Their findings drew criticism from the appeal court judge.
