Irish Army scout car patrol checking out an unapproved road on the Co Louth side of the border with Co Armagh, N Ireland. It appears the barrier put in place by the Northern authorities has been bulldozed aside to re-open the road. The Irish army personnel are from 23rd Battalion stationed in Dundalk.197512120773d.
