What should have been the happiest day of their lives for Patricia Molloy and Arthur Casey was overshadowed by tragedy. The previous day they were mourners at the funeral of her father, Patrick Molloy, in the very same church, St Malachy's, Armagh, on 22nd February 1974. Patrick Molloy, 46 years, Roman Catholic, died when the UVF bombed Traynor's Bar in the Co Armagh village of Kilmore. Jack Wylie, 49 years, a Protestant, also died in the blast. In 1981 a self-confessed UVF bomber was sentenced to life imprisonment for the attack. For more information see Lost Lives 1016 and 1017. 197402220089b
