Seriously injured 10 months old Stephen Harrison who was rescued by RUC Constable Tom Coulter following a Provisional IRA bombing in Rosemary Cafe, Rosemary Street, Belfast, N Ireland, 4th April 1977. His mother, Jacqueline Harrison was discharged from hospital after treatment. See also picture of a two year old Stephen with his rescuer, Constable Coulter, who was awarded the Queen's Award for Bravery. In the incident he entered the bombed premises despite the ever-present possibility of a second explosive device. As the baby's face had turned blue and he gave it vital heart massage.
