Eric Montgomery, who set up the Northern Ireland Government's Information Service in 1956. He was also the driving force behind the setting up of the ULster-American Folk Park at Camphill, near Omagh, Co Tyrone where he is seen at the official opening ceremony which was attended by the US Ambassador to the UK, Elliot Richardson on 30th July 1975. 197507300567d
