Two year old Stephen Harrison with RUC Constable Tom Coulter who saved his life several months earlier after a Provisional IRA bombing in Rosemary Street, Belfast, N Ireland. The reason for the reunion was Constable Coulter being awarded the Queen's Award for Bravery. In the incident he entered the bombed premises despite the ever-present possibility of a second explosive device. As the baby's face had turned blue he gave it vital heart massage. Constable Coulter then rescued another young boy from the rubble. 197710180191b. For an injury picture of Stephen search using the following keyword: 19770406wireprint.
